How long will my order take?

1–3 business days to process, then 10–20 business days to arrive. Full detail on our Shipping page.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

The United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Are bulbs included?

Most of our fixtures have the LED built in, so there is no bulb to buy and none to change. The Bedside Wall Light is supplied with a warm white bulb. Each product page says which under Details.

Will these work with my wiring?

Our fixtures are supplied for standard household mains. Anything hardwired should be installed by a licensed electrician, and your electrician will confirm that the fixture is suitable for your supply and your installation before fitting it. If you want the electrical specification for a particular fixture before you buy, write to us and we'll send you what the manufacturer states.

Do I need an electrician?

Anything hardwired to a ceiling or a wall should be installed by a licensed electrician. The Arc Ring Floor Lamp is plug-in and needs no installation, and the Solar Garden Path Light needs no wiring at all.

Are they dimmable?

None of the fixtures in the current range are listed as dimmable, and none ship with a dimmer or a remote. If dimming matters to you, ask us before you order and we'll tell you exactly what the manufacturer states for that fixture.

What colour is the light?

Every fixture in the current range is warm white — the softer, yellower light you want in a bedroom, living room, hallway or entrance in the evening, rather than the bluer light of a kitchen downlight. We don't currently carry a cold white option.

Can I see a fixture in person?

We're online only, so no showroom. Every listing has a room shot, a wider shot showing scale, and a close detail crop so you can judge size and finish before you buy. If you're unsure whether something suits your room, write to us with the ceiling height and we'll tell you honestly.
