Wall Lights

Wall light is the layer most rooms are missing. A ceiling fixture flattens a space; a sconce puts light at eye level, throws a soft band up the wall and down it, and gives a room somewhere to rest.

Best either side of a bed, along a hallway, or flanking a mirror. Compact enough for a narrow wall, and sized so a pair reads as intentional rather than crowded.
